1. Who we are
Gold FX Exchange operates a web-based market-viewing, account-management and market-viewing, account-management and trading platform. Questions about this policy or personal information may be sent to admin@goldfxx.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number and encrypted password credentials.
- Identity-verification information, including submitted ID-card images and KYC review status.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser, device name, session identifiers, login times and security logs.
- Platform activity such as enabled markets, orders, invitation-room participation, invitation-code usage, deposits, withdrawal requests and support interactions.
- Communications and notification preferences, including SMTP-delivered account alerts.
3. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, provide requested platform features, process KYC reviews, administer deposit and withdrawal requests, deliver security notifications, detect misuse, maintain audit logs, improve reliability and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Invitation-room and wallet records
For invitation rooms, we record room membership, selected pair, countdown, direction, trade amount, result, profit or loss, wallet balance before and after, invitation-code usage and timestamps. The trade amount is reserved from the applicable wallet and settlement entries are recorded in the wallet ledger.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, identity-review, analytics or market-data providers strictly where required to operate the platform. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the platform, or during a legitimate business reorganisation. We do not state that personal information is sold.
6. Market-data providers
Public market prices and charts may be supplied by external providers such as Binance, TradingView or a configured forex/metals provider. Their own privacy terms may apply when their embedded or connected services are used.
7. Retention
We retain account, KYC, security, financial-request, invitation-trade and audit records only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, platform security, dispute handling and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Specific retention periods should be configured and documented before production launch.
8. Security
We use access controls, password hashing, CSRF protections, secure sessions, restricted administrator routes and audit logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their credentials and report suspicious activity promptly.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, and may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Requests can be sent to the support email above. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal or dispute-resolution reasons.
10. Cookies and sessions
The platform uses essential session cookies to keep users signed in, protect forms and preserve security state. Any optional analytics or advertising cookies should not be activated until a suitable consent mechanism and updated notice are implemented.
11. Children
The platform is not intended for children. The production operator must set and enforce the legally required minimum age for each market served.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when platform features or data practices change. Material changes should be displayed prominently and, where required, communicated directly to affected users before the new practice begins.
